White Paper - The Talent Intelligence Imperative

$19.99Price

The World Economic Forum's Future of Jobs Report 2025 estimates that employers expect 39% of workers' core skills to change by 2030. Of the global workforce, the equivalent of 59 out of every 100 workers will require reskilling or upskilling by that date — and 11 of those 100 are unlikely to receive it, putting more than 120 million workers worldwide at medium-term risk of redundancy. Analysts project that by the end of 2026, more than 90% of global organizations will experience skills shortages, and IDC estimates the resulting cost to the global economy could reach $5.5 trillion.
