Organizations across sectors face a shared dilemma: the strategic plans they craft with care become liabilities before they are fully implemented. The accelerating pace of technological change, shifting policy landscapes, demographic disruption, and economic volatility have rendered the traditional five-year strategic plan—executed in a straight line—largely obsolete.
