The Bias-Detection Gap

The good news is that a new generation of AI-native assessment platforms is finally naming this problem out loud and building tools to catch it. The bad news is that "AI-powered bias detection" is quickly becoming a marketing checkbox, and not every vendor claiming it can actually do what the label implies.
